March 2025
In April 2025, our mission expanded through student-driven initiatives in Columbia and Pakistan, where two growing chapters continued their efforts to raise awareness and support for community-based outreach. These actions, grounded in compassion and determination, represent our core belief: that local effort fuels global change.
In Columbia, our second chapter organized a bake sale, raising approximately $32.50, equivalent to around 139,000 Colombian pesos. This initiative was entirely student-led, focused on gathering support for local and regional outreach efforts. From preparing baked goods to managing logistics, students collaborated to bring the event to life, engaging peers and school staff in the process. Though modest in size, the event made a meaningful impact by sparking conversations about community service and helping fund future chapter activities.
Meanwhile, in Pakistan, our newly opened third chapter also hosted a bake sale — but under more challenging conditions. The event took place on a half school day due to a parent-teacher conference, cutting time short for planning and execution. Despite this, the students raised $45, which is nearly 13,000 Pakistani rupees. While previous bake sales have raised more, this event reflected remarkable adaptability and drive. The team organized everything swiftly and efficiently, demonstrating their unwavering commitment to making a difference even when circumstances weren’t ideal.
These fundraisers were grassroots efforts driven by a genuine commitment to create change. Through initiative and collaboration, students raised important funds while sparking conversations about service and responsibility within their communities. As new challenges arise and goals evolve, both chapters continue to demonstrate their readiness to take meaningful action and lead with purpose.
The progress in Columbia and Pakistan reflects the core of our mission: empowering student-led action to uplift communities and create lasting impact. From Latin America to South Asia, young people are taking charge — organizing, fundraising, and pushing forward with purpose. These bake sales may have been small in scale, but they represent something far larger — a movement built from the ground up, driven by youth, and powered by hope.
As both chapters continue their journey, we look forward to watching their impact grow and their communities flourish through every act of service.
